Raking Hay with the birds is no longer a Big Deal…
As I was raking hay yesterday I noticed a gull flying around the field and it reminded me of this blog I wrote years ago. Since I have been unable to sit down and write a new post lately, I have decided to share this old one. No editing, just copy and paste share. I will add one update….I wrote this in 2011 and since then we have bought a new to us hay rake that I pull with a tractor with a cab. It even has air conditioning! Blooming Flower Pictures for this Silent Sunday
It’s been a while since I posted a Silent Sunday post. In fact, I think the last one I posted, we still had snow on the ground. I decided it’s time for a Silent Sunday post with NO SNOW!!! SO here we go…….a collection of bright, colorful, cheerful Silent Sunday pictures from around my yard. I am not a gardener person and I can not take credit for these beautiful plants. I am lucky enough to live in the house of my Farmers grandparents who were good at growing plants! I do water them, so that counts right?!? lol Enjoy….

Don’t squat with your spurs on…or without looking around!
Squatting. I guess for some women, this is not something done on a regular basis. Or ever, I suppose for some. Maybe when you’re camping or hiking and not close to a toilet you will squat. When you work on a farm or ranch you may squat a bit more often then the average female. Reasons. Why I squat more often. Some days it’s a long ways back to the house. Some days you can’t stop what you’re doing in order to head to the house. Some days there is just not enough time to get to the house, I’m talking control here. This seems to be more of a…
