Heavenly Triple Chocolate Layered Mud Pie
Here is a wonderful, quick (15 min) and easy, guaranteed to please, chocolate pie. My Farmer LOVES it and I do too because, of course, it’s EASY!!! We gained a LOT of weight the winter I found this recipe. My Farmer said that it could be improved upon, so I kept making it and tweaking the recipe, trying to make it satisfactory to him. Actually he does this a lot. He actually words are “you need more practice at making this”. It’s just his way of getting me to make something more. Potato Chip Pecan Cookies
I LOVE this cookie!! It’s a great way to use up the last of a bag of potato chips. They are usually all broken up and get tossed anyways, so why not make some yummy cookies! This cookie tastes like those pecan shortbread cookies you buy at the store. Potato Chip Cookies -makes 7 dozen1 1/2 cup sugar3 sticks butter or margarine2 egg yolks2 tsp vanilla1 1/2 cup crushed potato chips1 tsp baking soda3 cups flour1 cup pecans (or walnuts) Mix all ingredients together well and roll into balls the size of a walnut. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Mufffins
My Farmer loves these muffins! He loves them with his morning coffee. He says the little bit of chocolate with his coffee in the morning taste absolutely wonderful. I think he wants to say they taste heavenly, but that’s not a word he would say out loud. Since this is a pumpkin recipe, fall is the common time to think about making these.
